Bring & Share
The PCC is re-starting the popular Bring and Share evenings in the Saysell Centre (aka The Church Room) from November this year (with a break in December for Christmas festivities and another break in January for the Pantomime). We have lined up an exciting programme of speakers including:
Friday 8th November 2019 – Andrew Baker will talk about his time in Nigeria as an army doctor.
Friday 21st February 2020 – John Burrows will talk about the six Grade One listed structures in Chepstow including the Castle and our Grand Knight William Marshall.
Friday tbc March 2020 – we hope to have a retired Sapper Colonel who was awarded the Queen’s Gallantry Medal for his exploits in Bomb Disposal – watch this space.
Friday 17th April – Mary Forr will talk about her experiences in Rwanda developing rugby whilst working at a teacher training college, supporting women’s cooperatives, helping young women set up in business, founding a nursery school and supporting former students, and training Rwandan volunteers and teachers.
To join in simply bring along a plate of food for sharing and your own drinks. Come as a group, couple or individual. The food is placed on a common buffet tables and is ahred by all. Kick off is normally 7:30pm.
